"Because Of You" Video Review
In early 2007, Clarkson re-recorded the song with country singer Reba McEntire for McEntire's album Duets, which is to be released in September 2007. The song is the first single from the album; Clarkson and McEntire performed it at the 2007 Academy of Country Music Awards on May 15, the same day the song was to be released to U.S. radio. On the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart dated for the week of June 2, 2007, this duet version debuted at #42. Backstage at the ACM Awards, McEntire said that the music video will take place at an old house, and Clarkson was quoted as saying that it will also take place in a dark alley.
