Old-school Soul with a little Hip-Hop mixed in is how new Capitol Records signee J. Holiday describes his sound, and you'll know why once you check out his debut single, "Be With Me." There's very little music by new R&B artists that your Guide to R&B is really feeling these days, but this J. Holiday kid definitely has talent. If his entire upcoming album, called Back of My 'Lac, is as good as this one track, it just might be a surprise hit in 2007.
