Band Of Skulls 'Bruises' Music Video

English alternative rock group, Band of Skulls, has just released a music video for Bruises. It is the second single to come off their latest album Sweet Sour.

Band of Skulls is a trio who met in college and have been performing ever since, mainly playing in nightclubs in the London area. Sweet Sour is their second full length studio album. A track from one of their earlier albums was used on "The Twilight Saga: New Moon" movie soundtrack.

The music video for "Bruises" is set in a bowling alley. The three Band of Skulls members are seated at a diner bench people-watching and eating bowling alley food. Apparently, they are still alive.

All the usual expected events take place. Initially it is the Kings versus the Pin Heads. They bowl the balls in their own unique ways, with a last minute flick of their wrist, sudden twist of the ankle, or fist punch in the air to minutely redirect the bowling ball as it rolls down the alleyway. Sometimes all the pins fall down, sometimes not.

All the usual high-jinks occur between opposing teams. Cheers for themselves, and jeers for the opponents, along with the typical hand signals and arm gestures. It's all in good fun.

An unusual turn of events occurs when another team arrives, a team dressed in three piece suits and wearing full head masks. Everyone ominously looks up as they proudly strut in. What will happen next?

It is all for show. The masked men are out to bowl just like everyone else. Despite the "aggro" apparently witnessed between rival teams, all the kerfuffle is only for show. At the end of the night, regardless of the results, everyone goes home happy.
