"Back to the 80's" is the first single released from "Aqua Greatest Hits" compilation and first Aqua single in 9 years.

The track contains lyrics which make reference to Michael Jackson. "When M&M was just a snack/and Michael Jackson's skin was black," so part of its line reads.

The band's vocalists, Lene Nystrom Rasted and Rene Dif, appear in the video wearing top hats and perform with the rest of the band's members on a disco-themed stage.
