Angry Birds... Green Day Edition?

Are you a Green Day fan?  Do you love playing Angry Birds (who doesn’t!)?  If you answered yes to both of those questions, that game is about to get a lot more addictive, if that is even possible.

It has been announced that Rovio is creating a 10-level Green Day addition for the app which will be based on the band and will feature an exclusive unlockable song called “Troublemaker.”

The smug little pigs will get a whole new look too – the band’s three members, Billie Joe Armstrong, Mike Dirnt and Tré Cool will be your new targets!

Of the collaboration, Armstrong said: "It's such an addictive game that when we first started playing it we couldn't stop."

There’s a cute little trailer for the game (it doesn’t have a release date yet, though!) but it is expected sometime this fall.

Of course, this is probably one more way for Green Day to promote their upcoming three-part album set titled "¡Uno!," "¡Dos!" and "¡Tré!"
