Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz Slam Rumors, Celebrate Beatz's Birthday

Rumors continue to circulate about an alleged on-the-rocks romance between singer Alicia Keys and hubby Swizz Beats, but according to recent tweets and birthday parties between the two, all is well.

Keys was recently photographed standing next to a custom-made Lotus sports car, given to her for his—not her—birthday.

“The best part of my Bday today was my gift I made my wife because my Bday is her Bday,” tweeted Swizz.

Keys was quick to return the favor, throwing the now 33-year-old producer a surprise skating birthday party at High Line skating rink in New York City on Monday.

“Happy Birthday to the most INCREDIBLE man I know!!!!! @therealswizzz !!! To A life of ENDLESS shining between us!” tweeted Alicia. “Haaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!! Some things are just LAUGHABLE!!!!!! Now, Let’s Continue to SHINE!! Everything else is a waste of time!! Sending love!”

Much of the speculation about trouble in their marriage comes on the heels of a reported settlement between Beatz and Zhanna “Jah’Na Sebastian” Andrianova, a UK-based singer who is also the mother of Beatz’s three-year-old daughter, Nicole.

Beatz has four children by four women—Nicole, with Andrianova, Prince Nasir, with Nicole Levy, Kasseem Dean, Jr., with recent divorcee Mashonda and Egypt, with current wife, Keys.

In an interview with the New York Post, Robert Anthony Evans, Jr., Beatz’s lawyer for the settlement, said, "Mr. Dean has never failed to deliver on his responsibility to his children."

Along with the $42,000 settlement, recent claims made by Christina Elizabeth, an aspiring singer, that she and Beatz have carried on an affair since 2007, have muddied the waters for gossipmongers—but not for Beatz and Keys.

"Wow people sure do take things far with the BS Lmao! […] If people put the same time into positive things the same as they do negative B.S the world would be a better place! #peopleneedhelp," Swizz tweeted.
