"Alfie" Video Review

"Alfie" is a song written by Lily Allen and Greg Kurstin, and appears on Lily Allen's debut album Alright, Still. The song was released with "Shame for You" as a double A-sided single in 2007. It is about her younger brother, Alfie Owen-Allen, smoking cannabis in his room in addition to her commenting that he watches television and plays computer games too much.

When Alright, Still was released in July 2006, "Alfie" reached #70 in the UK Official Download Chart.

The video features a puppet playing Alfie (Owen-Allen refused to appear in the video), who Lily takes drugs away from, as well as catching him masturbating over "Roxy and Babs get it on" pictures and stopping him taking beer from the fridge.
