98 Degrees To Perform On The Today Show
The boy band 98 Degrees has decided to reunite for a summer concert on August 17th that will air on the Today Show, MSNBC has confirmed. The group, that includes Nick Lachey and his brother Drew, as well as Jeff Timmons and Justin Jeffre, haven’t shared the stage in ten years.
Since making the announcement of their reunion, the foursome have issued a statement, welcoming their fans back. "In the ten years since our last performance as 98 Degrees we've each achieved personal success and grown as individuals, while remaining a close-knit family. With so much to celebrate, this reunion is going to be one big party, so whether you tune in to the 'Today' show or join us at the MixTape Festival, everyones invited."
The MixTape Festival is scheduled to kick off in Hershey, Pennsylvania on August 18th. Artists also set to perform at the event aside from 98 Degrees is American Idol star Kelly Clarkson, LL Cool J, The Fray, and the boy bands New Kids On The Block and Backstreet Boys.
The guys have also been busy recently recording new material for their upcoming album. Their newest efforts will be the follow up to their last album entitled 'Revelation' that was released back in 2000.
