50 Cent Releasing Fitness Book

It’s not exactly a secret that rapper 50 Cent is in shape, and now he says he’d like to share his success with the world. He has recently announced that he will be releasing his very own fitness book title Formula 50: A 6 Week Total Body Transformation Plan.

Fiddy says, "I had a strong desire to write this book because it is very important to me to help people make positive changes and take charge of their overall health. Formula 50 is a radical six week mind-body transformation plan geared to help readers develop mental toughness to achieve optimum results while offering a nutrition component."

He joined forces with publishing company Penguin Group USA and will be releasing the book on Christmas of this year. Fiddy has proven to be quite the entrepreneur and is always finding a new market to get into.

This isn’t the first time he’s released a book. In 2005 he released From Pieces to Weight: Once upon a Time in Southside Queens which was autobiography on his life before he made it big. In September of 2009 he released his book The 50th Law.

In 2003, he released his G-Unit sneaker line through Reebok. He worked with Glacéau to create Formula 50, a vitamin water drink. He has also launched his own body spray called Pure 50 RGX through Right Guard.

Not only that but he has also made contributions to some good causes. He made his own condom line called Magic Stick Condoms (though, the cheesiness of the name does not surprise), which he planned to contribute the proceeds to HIV awareness. In 2011, he announced plans to create an energy drink called Street King, in which a portion of sales would go towards providing food for the hungry in Africa.
