30 Seconds To Mars Releases 'Night of the Hunter' as the Next Single from their 'This Is War' Album 30 Seconds To Mars Releases Next Single

30 Seconds To Mars has chosen 'Night of the Hunter' to be the next single to be released from their "This Is War" album. Already having sold more than a million "War" albums, the 30STM band is very happy about this next single release. Since 2009, they have been pushing hard to get the song heard due to the track's extensive popularity among their fans. Front-man, Jared Leto, told MTV News, "There's always a song that fans latch onto, that the real music-lovers and the listeners [latch onto].And this is the one."

Talking further about the release, Leto said he is looking forward to making the music video for the song.

However, whether the clip eventuates may be up the air. Especially if the latest rumours are true. Talk is rife that 30STM are thinking about winding up. Guitar player, Tomo Milicevic, was recently asked in an interview to comment. However all he would say was, "We can neither confirm nor deny these allegations."

But from various comments made in numerous recent interviews, all three of the band-members seem to agree that there will be time taken for a rest after this current tour finishes in December. Front-man Jared even said that they may take a decade off. It may have been a joke, but it seems that the guys do need a break.

When asked if there will be future albums, he said that a new album will only happen if, "were really inspired to do so."

Having played together as a band for almost ten years, 30STM have released three studio albums. But what has really made the group so successful is their commitment to their fans. This latest single was based on the fans vote. And the cover for the latest album has used the first 2000 photos submitted by their fans to create 2000 different album covers for distribution around the world.
