"1St Time" Video Review

Yung Joc, "New Joc City" Yung Joc is the latest Atlanta rapper to emerge from that fertile musical breeding ground. Not surprisingly, he comes armed with plenty of swagger and -- with the infectious "It's Going Down" -- a banging club hit. Throughout, he boasts of his rise in the drug game and how he aims to stay there. Menacing tracks such as "Do Ya Bad" and "Don't Play" wit It warn that it's not wise to come between him and his money. He avoids getting too heavy by lacing the album with humorous interludes and chilling on smoother tracks such as "1st Time," with Marques Houston. Still, this "City" mostly covers all-too-familiar territory.
